Replacement is offered for products sold through the website. Watercolour Organics will bear 100% of the return shipping cost for approved replacement requests.

Non-Receipt of Product

If your order has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact our customer care team immediately by:

Eligible Replacement Cases

If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where defects are found in the product.

In the event of any dispute, the customer must provide the purchase invoice or proof of purchase for verification.

Refund Policy

If a customer cancels the order upon delivery, a refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping charges and return courier charges.

The refund will be processed only after the product has been received back at our warehouse and verified.
