Replacement is offered for products sold through the website. Watercolour Organics will bear 100% of the return shipping cost for approved replacement requests.

Replacement Timelines

Once a replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking update via email/SMS once the item is shipped. Delivery thereafter typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner's schedule.

Non-Receipt of Product

If your order has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact our customer care team immediately by:

Please make sure you inform customer care through both email and phone regarding the non-receipt of the product.

Eligible Replacement Cases

If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where defects are found in the product. In the event of any dispute, the customer must provide the purchase invoice or proof of purchase for verification.

Refund Policy

If a customer cancels the order upon delivery, a refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping charges and return courier charges. The refund will be processed only after the product has been received back at our warehouse and verified.

Refund Timelines

Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
After initiation, the amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method (or bank account, for COD orders) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
Customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund has been initiated.
