Pour the WC Pain Relief Oil into a round-bottom kadai and warm it gently until comfortably warm.

Dip the Kizhi in Warm Oil

Dip the herbal kizhi pouch into the warm oil so it absorbs the herbal oil properly before application.

STEP 3

Apply on Affected Areas

Gently massage and press the warm kizhi over affected areas such as joints, muscles, back, or shoulders for 10–15 minutes.

STEP 4

Repeat for Better Effectiveness

Whenever the kizhi starts drying, dip it again into the warm oil and continue the application process for consistent effectiveness.
